Questions we get asked
Can we mix engagement types?
Yes, and most clients do over time. A project often becomes a fractional engagement once the board is in production, and Launchpad founders usually continue as project or fractional clients.
Do you work with companies outside Singapore?
Most of our clients are not in Singapore. GMT+8 gives live overlap with Asia-Pacific mornings, European afternoons and North American evenings, and we work async in writing the rest of the time.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do. Everything we produce for you is assigned to you on payment. We keep generic know-how, never your designs.
