Fixed price or time and materials?
Fixed price when the scope is clear, milestones when unknowns need retiring first. Either way, written down before we start.
How do you handle changes mid-project?
Small changes are absorbed. Anything that shifts scope gets a short written change note with cost and schedule impact, and we wait for your yes.
Do you handle manufacturing?
Prototypes and pilot builds, yes. For volume we work with your contract manufacturer, with no hidden margin on parts.
We already have a design. Can you take it over?
Yes. Send what you have. A review is often the fastest way to start.
Do we need to be in Singapore?
No. Hardware ships between us, reviews happen on video, and sources live in your accounts.
